 We aim to ship orders within 2-4 working days. Any orders received  Friday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. (Holidays are not included and this period may vary during the sale and holiday periods.)

International deliveries take approximately 5 to 14 business days to arrive at your address.

The delivery times stated above are average times. There may be delays in international deliveries due to customs procedures. This situation is beyond our control and responsibility.

It is your responsibility to follow up on shipped orders.

Mscome cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched.

Customs clearance may delay the shipping process, this is totally out of our control, Mscome cannot be held responsible for these delays.

All International packages are shipped DDU (Duties & Taxes unpaid), meaning these feels are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive your parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these feels may be, if applicable at all. We recommend contacting your country’s custom office for an estimated charges & rates on packages coming from overseas.

In most cases we ship using a tracked package.

Customs Duties and Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable customs duties and provide accurate address information for their order.

At Mscome, we charge a delivery fee of $5 for orders under $50 and offer free delivery for orders of $50 and above. However, depending on the size and weight of the package, we incur a delivery fee ranging from $8 to $25. If the customer provides an incorrect address, does not pay customs duties, or decides to cancel the order, we are unable to refund the full shipping fee paid to the courier service.

In such instances, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total order amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer. Please note that the refund process can only be initiated once the returned package is received by us.
